My Story
From restart loops
to a life that moved forward.
Ever feel like you're one decision away from everything changing… but you just can't seem to make it? If so, you're exactly the kind of person I became a certified coach for.
One day. Tomorrow. Monday. Soon. I know that feeling better than I'd like to admit.
I'm Kris, and I could probably write a book on "difficult." Broke my back in two places at 15. Lost both my parents within a year of each other at 20, and suddenly became guardian to my 13-year-old brother — no warning, no manual.
For a while after that, I was stuck in restart mode — you know, that never-ending loop. New "Day One" every other week: gym, diet, routine, the magic mindset switch, all-or-nothing… all of it. But none of it ever stuck long enough to make a real change.
Then I figured something out. Instead of starting over again, I just… stayed. That's where everything changed — and things got genuinely strange.
I went from a pizza chef who barely spoke English, to working on 300-million-euro superyachts for some of the richest people on the planet. Along the way, I really found myself, and made time for things that fulfil me — from winning gold in sailboat racing, to climbing a mountain barefoot, to holding my breath for 3 minutes freediving, to landing 16th place worldwide in longevity.
A complete 180 from who I used to be.
That's what motivated me to get certified in Life & Longevity Coaching. I'd love to help you find yourself, figure out what you love, and take real steps toward it. I work mainly online, with plans and programs built around your life — or in person if you find yourself in northern Spain (Galicia), where you might catch me between hikes, kitesurfing lessons, or researching the next big topic.
I'm ADHD-aware and proudly LGBTQ+ friendly — zero judgment, always.
